Welcome to my site!

I have always loved art, created art and taught art, both at a high school and grade school level and continue to volunteer teach at a public school. I also offer art lessons as a private tutor. You can see samples of my student's work here.

My drawings, pastels, and paintings will add soul to any space you choose to put them in. An artwork should be something that you want to live with and that you want to have around you. And it should feel personal.

I will be adding more art as time goes on.

By observing something closely and having a love for the thing you see, that object, image, or person comes alive. It can stand on its own — it has life! That drawn or painted image has a type of inside light, as if the scene, person, or object has a soul. That's because it does — I just helped uncover it.

I also am available for commissions. If you want to give a special gift to a relative or friend who has lost someone, consider giving them a custom portrait. Or perhaps you want to honor a friend, family member, or someone important in your life with a painting of their likeness. In any case, contact me to discuss a custom project.
